Combining virtual analog synthesis with a comprehensive wavetable engine, Blofeld is capable of producing a wide range of sounds – from warm, organic pads and basses to bright, metallic leads and evolving digital textures.

At the core of Blofeld’s sound design capabilities are three oscillators per voice, offering classic analog waveforms alongside an extensive collection of revered wavetables. These include the legendary Microwave II/XT and PPG Wave sets, known for their distinctive tonal character. Frequency modulation between oscillators further expands its sonic palette, while dual multimode filters per voice provide precise and flexible sound shaping with options for series or parallel routing and resonance up to self-oscillation.
