Building on the legacy of the BAD4 and BAD8, this card incorporates over 25 years of converter design experience. The BAD16 uses top-tier analog circuitry and cutting-edge analog-to-digital conversion, featuring a Class A discrete transistor signal path for uncompromised sound quality. Its NextGen analog input section, equipped with the BX8 transformer, allows for a high channel density thanks to the BX8’s compact size, delivering Burl’s signature audio quality at a highly competitive per-channel cost.

*The Burl Audio B80 Mothership is a 4U, 10-slot empty chassis that allows you to install any combination of Burl A/D and D/A converter cards, enabling you to build a custom, modular converter system with up to 128 input channels. It includes a 1U power supply, which provides ample power for high-headroom, low-noise converters.
